Short-Term Accommodation provides temporary supported accommodation for NDIS participants. It can be used for respite care, during emergencies, or as transitional accommodation (such as after hospital discharge). At Equal Living, our STA includes 24/7 support staff, purpose-built facilities with assistive technology, and accommodation tailored for complex physical disabilities.
Unlike standard accommodation, our purpose-built facilities feature ceiling track hoists, 1-metre wide doorways, nurse call systems, and specialized equipment for complex physical disabilities. We offer hotel-like comfort with 24/7 qualified support staff specifically trained in supporting people with acquired brain injury, stroke recovery, degenerative conditions, bariatric needs, and early-onset dementia.
